About Mrs. Sides

Mrs. Sides graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1990. She worked for over 11 years in the hospital setting. Her children are grown now so she really enjoys all of her children in the school setting.

IMMUNIZATIONS:

All immunizations must be translated to English. Houston's department of Health can do the translations for you. Click on the Houston Department of Health link at the bottom of the page for more information.

All immunization must be turned in on time to the clinic. Students will have three notices sent home before the due date as reminders. After the due date the child will be excluded from school until the immunizations have been given. Please note that these absences will be unexcused. Please feel free to get the immunizations after the first reminder!!

MEDICATION FORMS:

All medications must be brought to the clinic before school starts for the day. Students found carrying medication will be in trouble. This includes cough drops. Prescription medications must be checked into the clinic by a guardian. All prescription antibiotics given three times a day or less may not be given at school. Please feel free to contact Mrs. Sides with any medication questions!
